In order to celebrate 53rd PD anniversary, PD Semarang is planning to have a Fun Walking event that will be held on 10th July 2008. More than 250 members will join this event, consisting of instructors and students.

Budi Prasetyo, a member of PD at SMAN 1 Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta, has won a gold medals and dedicated as The Best Male Contestant in Silat Invitation for Students for Central Java and Yogyakarta Region on May 15th, 2008. Budi Prasetyo was competing at Male G Class and won the final match by KO after using the technique of PD ‘bedol naga’. The opponent fell up side down and could not wake up on the spot due to the technique that Budi applied.

Grading from Red to Yellow stripe in Surabaya |

Grading for level of International Instructor to Pendekar Muda will be held on 4 – 6 July 2008 in Surabaya. This grading will be participated by instructors from red stripe to yellow stripe from all pengdas (branches) and possibility of overseas commissariats.
